Need to make a change?
Once your order’s been placed, we’re unable to switch out items — but don’t worry babe, we can cancel it for you any time before it ships. You’ll then be free to place a fresh new order with the right pieces.
To cancel, simply log into your account, head to Purchase History, and hit Cancel — or feel free to reach out to our Customer Care angels and we can assist you.

To cancel your order online:
- Log in and click ‘MY GETTMI’
- Tap on ‘My Orders’
- Choose the order you’d like to cancel
- Click ‘Cancel’ and your reason for cancellation
- We'll confirm via email once it’s all done
- You’ll receive your full refund within 5–7 business days after we accept the returns. Timing may vary slightly depending on your payment provider, but don’t worry, it’s coming.
