PRIVACY POLICY
Last Updated: 03/08/2026
GETTMI (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of individuals who use our website at app.gettmi.com, our mobile application, and our related services (together, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data when you use the Services, engage with our marketing communications, contact us, or otherwise interact with us. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
This policy also outlines how we safeguard personal data in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws, including, where relevant, the UK General Data Protection Regulation (“UK GDPR”), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“EU GDPR”), and other applicable international legislation such as California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
GETTMI Mobile App and Retailer Links
The current GETTMI mobile application and website are fashion-discovery and retailer-referral services. GETTMI does not sell the products displayed, operate a native checkout, or process payments. If you choose to purchase a product, you are redirected to the relevant independent brand or retailer website. That retailer is responsible for product availability, the final price and currency, checkout, payment processing, fulfilment, delivery, returns and refunds, and its own privacy practices.
Depending on the features you use, the mobile application may collect or process your name, email address, telephone number, physical address, photos or videos, other content you provide, customer-support communications, search history, product interactions, purchase history, user ID, device ID, crash data, and performance data. We use these categories for app functionality, product personalisation, analytics, security, customer support, crash prevention, and performance as described in this policy.
Where this policy discusses cookies, pixels, targeted advertising, or advertising identifiers, those practices apply to the web Services in which those technologies are actually deployed. The current iOS application does not use data collected from the app to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
Information We Collect
a. Information You Provide Directly
Contact and Registration Information:
When you register for an account, complete your profile, contact us, or use the Services, we may collect personal data including your full name, email address, telephone number, physical address, demographic data, photos or videos, and other information you voluntarily provide. This data is used to provide and secure your account, enable app and website functionality, respond to customer-support requests, and personalise your experience in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Payment Information:
The current GETTMI website and mobile application do not collect or process payment-card details for purchases from third-party retailers. When you select a product or retailer link, you are redirected to the relevant retailer’s website. Any payment information is collected and processed by that retailer under its own privacy policy. GETTMI does not receive or store your card number, card expiry date, security code, or other payment credentials from those retailer transactions. We may process product-interaction or purchase-history information as described in this policy, but not retailer payment credentials.
