HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

Changed your mind? No worries, babe — we totally get it. If your item isn’t quite right, here’s how to send it back with love. We recommend using our return portal so everything stays tracked and easy.

Step-by-Step Return Guide

  1. Pack It Pretty
    Pop your item(s) into the original delivery box or a clean shipping envelope — keep it neat, stylish, and secure.
  2. Label It, Love It
    Stick the prepaid return label (from the returns portal) on the outside of the box.
  3. Drop It Off Like It’s Hot
    Take your return to any authorised courier location.
  4. Track Your Return
    Your tracking number (on the return label) lets you keep tabs on the journey back to our returns hub — because we like to know where our glam pieces go.

OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love every piece you order but if it’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns: You have 14 days from the delivery date to send items back for a full refund.

If you're running into any issues getting your return back to us, don’t stress, just reach out to our Customer Care team and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Final Sale Items – Some extra-special deals are marked Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund. Don’t worry, we always make this super clear on the product page.

RETURN CONDITIONS

General Rules: Items must be returned in original condition — that means unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags still attached and packaging included.

  • Shoes – Try them on indoors only, preferably on carpet to avoid scuffing. Please return them in their original shoebox, as it’s part of the product presentation (no squished boxes, please!).
  • Lingerie, hosiery, and swimwear – For hygiene reasons, always try on over your underwear and keep the protective strip in place with original condition and packaging. Returns can’t be accepted otherwise.
  • Tops & Dresses – Be extra careful when trying these on; avoid transferring makeup or deodorant onto the fabric to ensure they stay returnable.
  • Jewellery – Must be returned in the exact condition received, with all branded packaging and paperwork.
  • Made-to-order pieces – Crafted just for you and cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

If there’s a GETTMI or designer security tag, it must still be attached and intact. We kindly ask that you treat all pieces with care when trying them on. If items are returned in a condition that doesn’t meet our standards, we may not be able to accept the return.

TRACKING YOUR RETURN

We know you’ll want to keep an eye on your return, and we’ve made it super simple. Just use the tracking number from your return label to trace your parcel. Once your return reaches us, it may take up to 5–7 days for processing (we promise we’re on it!). As soon as your return is complete, we’ll send you a confirmation email — so keep an eye on your inbox, babe.

RETURN SHIPPING AND FEES

We believe in being transparent: returns via our official portal incur a 9.95 transport fee, handling and restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This helps cover the cost of careful inspection, repackaging, and processing. Please note all import duties/taxes associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns made outside our official portal — or from a country different from where your order was delivered — must be paid for by the customer (unless the item was faulty or incorrect). We recommend you keep proof of postage/receipt. Please note that GETTMI cannot accept responsibility for goods that fail to reach the provided Return Address. Therefore, we recommend that you use the Return Label provided, as we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned goods.

REFUND

Returns do take us 5–7 business days to process upon reaching our facility and being accepted. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, we’ll send you a refund confirmation via email — no need to chase!

Keep in mind: your bank or credit card provider may take a few extra days to post the refund to your account. Timing can vary depending on who you bank with, but don’t worry — it’s on the way.

EXCEPTIONS

We always want your experience to be smooth and fabulous, but here are a few special notes when it comes to returns:

  • Beauty Products — We’ll gladly take back beauty products within 14 days as long as they’re unopened, unused, and totally fresh. Once that seal is broken, they’re yours, babe.
  • Shipping Charges — If you opted for expedited shipping, just a heads up those charges aren’t refundable.
  • Bridal — Bridal gowns can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Make sure the gown is unworn, unaltered, and has all the original tags still on. After 14 days, sadly, it’s final.
  • Bridesmaid — Ordering 3 or more of the same style for your besties? That’s considered a special order and will be final sale. If you’re unsure about sizing or style, we recommend ordering one in stock to try before committing.
  • Holiday Returns — Items purchased between December 1st and December 25th can be returned until January 10th.
ITEMS SENT TO US BY MISTAKE

Sent us something you didn’t purchase from GETTMI? Oh no! Please contact our Customer Care team. We’ll do our best to help you recover your item, but we can’t promise we’ll be able to return or replace non-GETTMI goods. So, double-check before you pack.

TOO MANY RETURNS?

We want you to love everything you order, but if we notice a pattern of returns that doesn’t align with our policy, we may have to review or restrict future purchases from your account. We do this to protect the experience for everyone.

FAULTY AND DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact Customer Care immediately.

AUTHENTICITY AND WARRANTY - BECAUSE YOU DESERVE THE REAL DEAL

At GETTMI, we’re all about the real thing. We only stock genuine, first-run pieces. Everything you see here comes directly from the designer, so you can shop with total confidence. That said, even authentic pieces can come with the occasional little flaw — like a loose thread or a bit of distressing. Some styles are purposely designed to have a lived-in, edgy look, and naturally, they can wear down a little quicker over time. That’s all part of their charm, but we still want you to love your purchase.

If you receive an item with a major issue (think: broken zipper, significant defect), we’ll absolutely cover the return shipping. For smaller issues like a tiny thread or loose button, we’ll review on a case-by-case basis. We will try our best to help but full replacements or refunds may depend on what the brand is able to offer.
