Do I need to make an account?
Totally up to you, babe, but to check out faster, save all your fave pieces, and stay in the loop with your orders, we believe to our core that setting up an account is the way to go. Plus, the moment you place an order, you’re automatically in our Loyalty program — think VIP treatment: earn points for every $ you spend at GETTMI, Early Access to SALE, New Arrivals, Double points on our selected brand of the month and much more. How do I receive GETTMI email updates?
Stay informed of new arrivals, trends and exclusive promotions by entering your email address at the bottom of our homepage. You can manage your email preferences in your account.

How do I place an order on your website?
Babe, it’s super easy. Just follow these steps:

  1. Scroll through the categories or search your fave brand at the top — your next style crush is only a click away.
  2. Found the look? Click Add To Bag. Add as many pieces as your heart desires, then head to checkout.
  3. Sign into your account (or create one – it’s way faster for everyone, trust us), pop in your address and payment details, and hit order. You’ll get updates from us every step of the way until your parcel lands at your door.

How do I create an account?
It’s seriously easy — just pop in your email and set a password. You can do it by clicking Sign In on the site. Once you're in, you’ll be able to check your orders, save your faves, and shop like a pro.

Need to update your info?
No stress. Just go to My Account, and from there you can change your email, update your shipping or billing address, or give your password a little refresh.

Can’t reset your password?
Click "Forgot Password?" and we’ll send a reset link straight to your inbox. Still not working? Reach out to our lovely Customer Care team at support@gettmi.com.

Want a little inbox detox?
You can totally unsubscribe from our promo emails — though we’ll miss you! It might take up to 5–7 business days to fully phase out.

Is it safe to use my credit card on GETTMI?
Absolutely. Your safety is our priority, babe. All payments made through GETTMI are encrypted with advanced SSL tech — so your details are protected every step of the way. We also run routine fraud checks to make sure no one’s pretending to be you.

What payment methods do you accept?
We like to keep things flexible — because your wardrobe deserves options:

We place an authorization hold on your card as soon as you place your order. But don’t worry — you won’t be charged until your items are officially on their way to you.

Not sure what size to get?
Just tap the Size Guide on any product page. We’ve done the hard work with international conversions, so you don’t have to.

Need the inside scoop on how it’ll fit?
Head to the Size & Fit tab on the product page. It breaks down the size, the fit (snatched or relaxed?), the cut (hello silhouette), and even the model’s measurements so you can compare. For care tips and fabric info, hit The Details tab — it’s all in there.

What’s the difference between size, fit, cut, and material?

  • Size = what’s on the label
  • Fit = how it hugs or drapes on your body
  • Cut = the overall shape (think A-line, bodycon, etc.)
  • Material = the fabric that makes it feel luxe (or stretchy, or structured)

Why does sizing vary so much?
Every designer has their own size game. That’s why we give you detailed fit notes for each item — so you don’t have to guess you.

What if it doesn’t fit?
No stress. If something’s not vibing, just send it back using our returns portal in combination with our Returns Policy.

ORDER STATUS

Wondering what your order status means? Let’s decode the glam:

  • Preparing – Your fabulous finds are being packed and prepped. Almost ready for takeoff!
  • Shipped – She’s on the move! Your order is en-route and ready to be tracked.
  • Refunded – We received your return, and the refund is already on its way back to you.
  • Cancelled – The order (or an item in it) has been cancelled. We’ve got your back if you need help reordering.
  • Could Not Charge – Oops! We weren’t able to process your payment. Double-check your details or try a different card.
  • Out of Stock – So sorry! This item wasn’t available when we packed your order. We’ll update you on next steps.
  • Preorder – You’ve reserved something special! We’ll ship it once it’s available. No charge has been made yet.
  • Verify – Your order is just on a quick pause while we confirm your payment details. Safety first, always.
PREORDERS

What’s a preorder, babe?
Preorders are like calling first dibs on the pieces everyone’s going to be obsessed with. If something’s not in stock just yet, you can still purchase it ahead of time — and we’ll reserve it just for you.

Here’s how it works:

  • The estimated arrival date will be shown on the product page (so you’ll know when to expect your new wardrobe crush).
  • Once it lands in our warehouse, we give it a quick quality check — this takes about 2–3 business days.
  • Then we ship it, and you’ll get an email as soon as it’s on the way.

When do I pay?
Right away, babe. Pre-orders are paid in full at checkout — no reservations without commitment. However, you won’t be charged unless your order is shipped.

Changed your mind?
If you want to cancel your preorder before it ships then reach out to our customer services team, If it's already shipped, then our normal returns policy will apply.

Will it ship with the rest of my order?
Nope — your pre-order ships separately as soon as it’s ready. Because sometimes good things take time.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

What’s your return policy?
To make sure your items are eligible for return, please follow our Returns Policy guidelines. We want to keep everything pristine for the next lucky customer!

Apparel
Items must be returned in original condition — that means unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags still attached and packaging included.

Shoes
Try them on indoors only, preferably on carpet to avoid scuffing. And please return them in their original shoebox, as it’s part of the product presentation (no squished boxes, please!).

Lingerie, hosiery, and swimwear
For hygiene reasons, always try on over your underwear and keep the protective strip in place with original condition and packaging. Returns can’t be accepted otherwise.

Jewellery
Must be returned in the exact condition received, with all branded packaging and paperwork.

Cosmetics and Beauty products
Hygiene and safety are important to us. We will accept back beauty products within 14 days, provided that they are unused and unopened. Products where the protective seal is no longer intact, opened, or used, cannot be returned for a refund.

Final Sale Items – Some extra-special deals are marked Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund. Don’t worry, we always make this super clear on the product page.

How can I make a Return?
Changed your mind? No worries, babe — we totally get it. If your item isn’t quite right, here’s how to send it back with love. We recommend using our returns portal, so everything stays tracked and easy.

Step-by-Step Return Guide

  1. Pack It Pretty
    Pop your item(s) into the original delivery box or a clean shipping envelope — keep it neat, stylish, and secure.
  2. Label It, Love It
    Stick the prepaid return label (from the returns portal) on the outside of the box.
  3. Drop It Off Like It’s Hot
    Take your return to any authorised courier location.
  4. Track Your Return
    Your tracking number (on the return label) lets you keep tabs on the journey back to our returns hub — because we like to know where our glam pieces go.

Can I combine returns from different orders?
Yes, if your orders were placed using the same email/account, you can absolutely pop everything into one return package — easy peasy. Just jot down the order numbers on a note and slip it inside with your items (or even better, include the return labels from each order too — super helpful!).

Heads up: If your orders were placed using different accounts, we’ll need those returned separately, each with its own return label. It helps us keep everything neat and sorted on our end.

What if I return a non-GETTMI item?
Sent us something you didn’t purchase from GETTMI? Oh no! Please contact our Customer Care team. We’ll do our best to help you recover your item, but we can’t promise we’ll be able to return or replace non-GETTMI goods. So, double-check before you pack.

What happens if I refuse a package or it is undeliverable?
If your package is refused or marked as undeliverable, it will be automatically returned to us by the shipping carrier. Once it's on its way back, we’re unable to intercept it for redelivery.

If the item is still in stock and you'd like us to resend it, we’ll do our best to ship it back out to you once it arrives and is processed through our returns department. Please allow up to 10–14 business days for this process to be completed.

For security reasons, any changes to your delivery address for a reshipment must be reviewed and approved by our team. To request a reshipment — or to opt for a refund instead — feel free to reach out to our Customer services team by email: support@gettmi.com

What will be the refund method for my return?
All refunds go straight back to your original payment method — unless you’ve asked for store credit (which we love for future shopping sprees).

Here’s how it works:

  • If you used store credit to pay (partially or fully), we’ll return that amount as store credit. Easy.
  • If you paid with loyalty rewards, we’ll top those back up for your next GETTMI moment.

When will I receive my refund?
Returns do take us 5–7 business days to process upon reaching our facility and being accepted. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, we’ll send you a refund confirmation via email, no need to chase!

Keep in mind: your bank or credit card provider may take a few extra days to post the refund to your account. Timing can vary depending on who you bank with, but don’t worry, it’s on the way.

SHIPPING

When will GETTMI ship my order?
We typically aim to ship orders withing 1–2 working days, if you order is placed on Friday after 12 pm or on Saturday & Sunday will ship out the following business day.

What shipping methods do you offer?

Do you ship to APO, PO boxes or military FPO/DPO addresses?
No unfortunately at the current time due to restrictions from our financial partners we don’t ship to PO/APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Do you have any shipping restrictions?
Due to restrictions from our financial partners, GETTMI does not ship to the following but not limited countries:

Belarus, Burma, Congo, Cote d'Ivoire, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Russia, Ukraine, Liberia, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan/South Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Yemen, Zimbabwe

Need to make a change?
Once your order’s been placed, we’re unable to switch out or change items — but don’t worry babe, we can cancel it for you any time before it ships. You’ll then be free to place a fresh new order with the right pieces. To cancel, simply log into your account, head to Purchase History, and hit Cancel — or feel free to reach out to our Customer Care angels and we can assist you.

Need to cancel your order? We’ve got you.
The fastest way to cancel is through your account, it’s super quick and keeps things running smoothly. You can also message our Customer Care team, but please note: we can’t always guarantee we’ll catch your request before your order ships.

To cancel your order online:

  1. Log in and click ‘MY GETTMI’
  2. Tap on ‘My Orders’
  3. Choose the order you’d like to cancel
  4. Click ‘Cancel’ and your reason for cancellation
  5. We'll confirm via email once it’s all done
  6. You’ll receive your full refund within 5–7 business days after we accept the returns. Timing may vary slightly depending on your payment provider, but don’t worry, it’s coming.

Want to track your package?
Need the status on your package? Once you're signed into your account, just head to your Order History to see the full breakdown — every order is listed by number, and you can click through to see the details, shipping status, and more.

Why is my package still not tracking?
If you recently received the tracking number, it could take up to 48hrs before the tracking information is updated by the courier.

Will my package require a signature?
Most of our packages require a signature due to value or at the discretion of our Risk Management team. Signature Requirements are non-waivable.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
If your order has been marked as delivered by the courier but hasn’t shown up. We recommend waiting 24 hours, in case the package was prematurely marked but is awaiting delivery or the courier is having some issues. If it’s been more than a day and your delivery is still missing, please reach out to our Customer Services team.

What if my package is missing an item(s)?
If you're missing items from your order when it arrives, contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will do our best to assist!

Where can I find my order invoice?
We do not include an invoice in the package as we have gone paperless. However, you can locate it in your GETTMI account:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on your name on the upper right corner
  3. Click on "My Orders"
  4. Select your order number
  5. Click view invoice on the right side
