Processing time: Delivery times begin from the moment your order ships. Customs delays or payment hiccups may occasionally slow things down, but our team will always try to speed things along. On a rare occasion, packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
Who Delivers the Magic? Your orders might be delivered by some of the best in the biz — think DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, or DPD — depending on where you're based and what's in your order.
DUTIES AND TAXES
We like to keep things easy — and chic — so when you're shopping from certain countries, the price you see is the price you pay. That means no surprise charges at your door (because we don’t do drama at checkout).
If you're shopping within your own region, there usually aren’t any import duties. But depending on where you live, you might still see VAT or local sales taxes — especially if you're in the UK, Canada, or the US. We’ll always show those taxes clearly at checkout, so nothing sneaks up on you.

That means no extra delivery fees and no surprise customs payments.
What If You’re in a DAP Country?
- You’ll pay import duties and sales taxes separately when your package arrives
- These fees go directly to the courier handling customs
- Sadly, we can’t estimate the total in advance — best to check with your local customs office if you’re unsure
Note: If you choose not to pay duties or don’t respond to customs, your order could be seized or returned — and we may not be able to refund it.

A Quick Note for Our US Customers: If you’re ordering from one of our international brands and live in the U.S., U.S. Customs may request your IRS, EIN, or SSN before clearing your delivery. Don’t stress, you’ll typically have a full week to provide it before your item is sent back.
